Joanne Stier, Registered Dietitian from Four Counties Family Health Team will discuss introducing solids and making your own baby food. She will review several feeding techniques and textures.  There will be lots of time to answer your questions as well. Virtual program.  Zoom link will be sent prior to the program date.
