This weekly class with cover the foundations of Pilates with a focus on mind body connection and core strength. Patrons must bring their mat, resistance band and toning balls.
This is a challenging, low impact excercise method.
It balances strength with mobility,aligns body,movement patterns
and strenghtens the deep core muscles.
Located within the Komoka Wellness & Recreation Centre, the Komoka Library features a large Children’s Area, welcoming seating areas and a programing room.
