Manifest your goals for the new year by creating a Vision Board! Research suggests that Vision Boards can be effective tools to support turning dreams into reality and staying motivated.

Vision Boards are useful tools for setting goals and implementing change in your life. Participants are encouraged to attend with some goals in mind for the 2026 year. Session will begin with some inspirational encouragement, and guidance on how to put the Vision Board together. We will discuss how to use the Vision Board in daily life and how to support creating change.
