Our virtual library card allows users to access all of our digital collections, online courses and eResources for free, without having to visit a Middlesex County Library branch.

Residents of Middlesex County who are at least 14 years old.
Members of London, Oxford County, Elgin County, St. Thomas, Lambton County, Huron County, Perth County, and Chatham-Kent libraries, who are at least 14 years old.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the application process; we appreciate your patience.
Your virtual card will expire two years from the date it was issued. Sometime in the month before your expiry you should receive a letter in the mail at the address you provided at the time your card was created. This letter will contain a code, and instructions to email that code to librarian@middlesex.ca
If your card has expired and you did not receive a letter, please email us at librarian@middlesex.ca Please do not submit this form to renew your card.
A virtual library card is exclusively for the use of electronic resources offered by Middlesex County Library. Upgrading your card allows you to borrow books, DVDs, audiobooks and magazines from any of our 15 branches.
Your virtual library card can be upgraded by visiting any Middlesex County Library branch and presenting identification showing name and address.
