“Where are the Children? Healing the Legacy of the Residential Schools” exhibition from the Legacy of Hope Foundation. This exhibition spans over 125 years and contains photographs and documents from the 1880’s to present day. Photographs, text panels and artefacts move the witness through the process of leaving home and arriving at school, to school activities and being part of a classroom. A section on the
children who never returned home as well as on contemporary role models provides a wide range of perspectives. The exhibition will be on display from September 26-October 4.
