ConnectMyHealth is a digital health solution that provides you real-time, online access to various types of health records from participating hospitals in Southwestern Ontario. Health records that can be viewed include radiology reports and images, laboratory and microbiology results, hospital discharge summaries and more! ConnectMyHealth is secure, easy to use, and works on your computer or mobile device. There’s no app to download, and it’s completely free.

To register for a ConnectMyHealth account, you must be 16 years of age or older.

Hapa-Zome is the Japanese technique of smashing flowers and leaves into fabric. We will be using this technique to create unique bags. Participants are asked to bring their own hammers.
