Join us for a 90 minute workshop to learn about video healthcare appointments with your healthcare provider. Participants should bring their own device and passwords; practice devices also available.

Join us for this 90 minute workshop where you will learn all about video healthcare appointments with your healthcare provider.

Learn about:

  • The tools needed to prepare for and join a virtual video appointments
  • How to include a family member or support person
  • Get a chance to try out the platforms used by the local London hospitals

Participants are encouraged to bring their own device (EG. Cellphone, laptop, tablet), and must have their passwords for their email, Apple ID, Google account, etc. Practice devices will also be available on-site.

This course is for people with basic computer and cell phone skills, such as using a mouse and keyboard or using their phone to make a call.

Offered in partnership with the Virtual Care Program at London Health Sciences Centre & St. Joseph's Health Care London.
